Webomates, a pioneer in AI-driven testing services, headquartered in Stamford, CN, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Head to lead our global marketing efforts. This strategic leadership role is integral to driving Webomates’ product messaging, branding, and lead generation. We’re looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and has a proven history of running successful global marketing campaigns. Understanding technology, particularly software testing, would be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance Webomates’ visibility in the market, which will aid in customer acquisition.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis. Use research insights to craft marketing strategies.
  • Planning and executing lead generation campaigns across multiple channels. Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Analyzing and optimizing all marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Planning and executing strategies for LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Developing and implementing a strategy for high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials (including blog posts, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media posts, website content, etc.) to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaign performance 
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the social media and content team to amplify Webomates’ brand.
  • Handle budget management for paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Working with the engineering team to understand product development and create marketing strategies around it.
  • Identify and coordinate with industry influencers for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Working with the senior leadership and sales team to understand which channels to leverage to best position our product and maximize the impact.

Must Have:

  • MBA in Marketing (or equivalent).
  • At least 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in the international markets (preferably the US).
  • Experience in leading a marketing team and driving strategy for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience in driving product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like email marketing (Brevo / Mail chimp), SEO tools, and automation tools like HubSpot & Apollo.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand a highly technical product.
