Being an AI TaaS-based service, the team has built multiple tools that help automate different web, mobile native, windows, and OTT platforms.

We are looking for an Entry-Level QA Product Manager who has a strong foundation in software development or quality assurance, combined with a passion for product strategy and user experience. This role involves collaborating with engineers, testers, and stakeholders to enhance QA tools, define product roadmaps, and improve testing workflows. If you have a background in QA, software development, or testing and are eager to transition into product management, this is a great opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a product-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

• Work with engineers and QA teams to translate user requirements into technical specifications for QA applications.

• Conduct market research to identify trends in QA tools and competitor offerings.

2. User Research & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with testers and stakeholders to understand pain points, feature needs, and workflow challenges.

• Gather insights through user feedback, surveys, and testing reports to refine product features.

• Ensure clear communication between QA teams, developers, and leadership to align on product vision.

3. Quality Assurance & Technical Understanding

• Leverage your QA experience to optimize testing processes and improve test case management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. QA & Testing Knowledge

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case execution, and bug tracking.

2. Product Management Skills

• Entry level knowledge in product planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap development.

• Ability to apply user-centric design thinking to QA application improvements.

3. Data Analysis & Market Research

• Working closely with marketing team

• Knowledge of competitor analysis and market trends in QA tools.

4. Communication & Collaboration

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to present insights and influence decision-making in product discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Software Development or QA with an interest in product management.
