Our CEO, Aseem Bakshi, and COO, Ruchika Gupta, along with the entire team, meet up once a year to work, compete, learn, and party. Whether it’s the sun-kissed beaches of Goa in 2023 or the buzzing cityscape of Gurgaon in 2024, our in-person meetups are legendary. And guess what? We’re heading back to Goa again in April 2025 for another unforgettable experience- because some places are just too good to visit only once! 😉

The Hulkathon & The Art of Pivoting

What’s a Webomates meetup without a bit of healthy competition? Enter the Hulkathon, a fierce (but outrageously fun!) battle where our tech geniuses flex their coding and testing muscles in a high-energy showdown. Meanwhile, Marketing and HR teams took a deep dive into the wonderful world of Pivot Tables- but hey, crunching numbers can be exciting too!

I heard that this year, we are going to level up with Hulkathon, and both marketing, HR teams are going to learn Canva- so fingers crossed on how it is going to go. 🤞

Tango, Teamwork & Endless Fun

And speaking of dance moves, did we mention that our team learned Tango while in Latin America? That’s right! Between strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions, we found time to master the elegant art of Tango. Now that’s what we call work-life balance! 🕺🔥
