We’re looking for someone who understands the real-world challenges of QA and wants to design smarter solutions. This role blends your testing expertise with a growing focus on product thinking and tool design.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with our TestOps team to deeply understand QA workflows and pain points.
Translate business and product requirements into logical, user-centric product flows using tools like Canva, Figma, Miro, or PowerPoint.
Work closely with marketing, QA, development, and leadership teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Present design proposals informed by usage data, feedback loops, and team insights.
Analyze industry trends, competitor tools, and user behavior to enhance product experience.
Actively contribute to roadmap planning and product discussions with actionable input.

What You Bring
3–5 years in automation testing or a related engineering role.
A mindset for simplifying complex workflows and improving user experience.
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Lucidchart, Canva, or PowerPoint.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Data analysis capabilities to support design decisions with data.

Bonus Points
Exposure to product design or UX/UI design concepts.
