About the Position

We are looking to hire fresh business school graduates with a strong drive and passion to start their careers in technical IT sales. You must have lateral experience in Software development or Testing.

This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity to join a rapidly growing TaaS company and help shape and scale the sales organization. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. You will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for a multi-state territory. The position requires an individual that can work independently in a “hunter” role

The candidate will work with Webomates for our new Testing as a Service AI platform  Webo.Ai which caters to SMBs and start-ups in North America. 

The position will be eventually based in the USA after successfully working with Webomates India for 1 year

Qualifications:

  • Must have an Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent experience in Dev/QA
  • MBA graduate from a Tier 1/ Tier 2 institute
  • Prior work experience of 3 years as a Software Engineer or QA or equivalent is mandatory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Excellent ability to give a demo and presentation

You must have:

  1. 3 years experience in hardcore software development or testing roles.
  2. Willingness to travel to the USA when required
  3. Willingness to relocate to USA for a long-term after 1 year working with Webomates India

 Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our revenue, and customer base in North America.
  2. Pitching TaaS Solutions and demonstrating them to customers independently, including information discovery sessions and proposals.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of our TaaS products and their value propositions.
  4.  Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling proposals to meet their needs.
  5. Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline.
  6. Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales initiatives.
  8. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
  9. Stay informed about competitors and their strategies and leverage market intelligence to develop competitive advantages.
  10. Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
